Started with one lathe. Still obsessed.

Torvane began in a two-bay garage in Dayton, Ohio. Today 420 machinists, engineers and inspectors build parts that fly, heal and power the world.

03 / What we believe

Three rules we don't bend.

01

Say it, ship it

We quote real lead times and hit them. 99.7% of the time, anyway, and we tell you early when we won't.

02

Engineers answer

Every customer has a named manufacturing engineer and program manager. No ticket queues.

03

Own the miss

Out-of-spec parts are remade at our cost and expedited. No disputes, no restocking fees.

04 / Leadership

The people behind the parts.

05 / Sustainability

Precision, without the waste.

Manufacturing uses a lot of energy and material. We measure ours, publish it, and cut it every year.

62%of plant electricity from our 1.8 MW rooftop solar array
98%of metal chips and offcuts recycled back to mills
−34%energy per part since 2019 through lights-out automation
0coolant sent to landfill; all filtered and reused on site
