Call an engineerIs there a minimum order quantity?
No. We build single prototypes and million-unit runs on the same quality system. Pricing per unit drops with volume, and your quote will show break points.
How do you protect my designs?
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and we're ITAR registered. We'll sign your NDA or send ours before you upload anything.
What inspection documentation do I get?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance and material certs. First-article inspection (AS9102), CMM reports, PPAP and full dimensional reports are available on request.
What happens if parts arrive out of spec?
We remake them at our cost and expedite the replacement. No dispute process, no restocking fees. That's why our customer retention rate is 94%.
Can you take over production from my current supplier?
Yes. Send us existing drawings, FAI data and any tooling details. Our transition team handles qualification so you don't miss a delivery.
What are your payment terms?
New customers can pay by card or ACH at order. Approved business accounts get Net 30 terms, and we can work with your procurement system for POs and blanket orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 42 countries. We handle export documentation and can ship DDP so there are no surprise duties. ITAR-controlled parts ship only to authorized recipients.
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES are best. We also accept SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, NX, CATIA, Parasolid, STL for additive, DXF for sheet metal, and PDF drawings.
Can you help if my design isn't finished?
Yes. Many customers involve us at the concept stage. Our engineers will review early models and suggest processes and materials before you commit to a design.
